True DIVERSITY is destroyed when "globalists" remove any nation's borders, language, and culture ... intentionally but subtly over time "homogenizing" those that have proven highly intelligent, inherently strong, consistently successful, essentially unique, and valuable to all of humankind. 

Globalists (e.g. the Fabians, Communists, Corporatists, and Islamists) are intolerant, domineering fascists. Each interconnected "institution" aims and acts to systematically albeit 'PROGRESSIVELY' (i.e. over time through bullying deception and stealth) destroy individual cultures' living flesh: they break down the walls until cultural skeletons have no defense, no effective muscular strength, no recourse but to be subsumed into THE GLOB. 

Remember, the body's largest most protective organ is its skin (wall). Globalists have proven this aim & stealth action through producing the conditions that invented two types of invasions:
1.  the calamity of middle east refugee invasion and 
2. illegal alien invasion (as experienced by The United States of America). However, decades back we recall Globalists used a different strategy to hoodwink the nations of Europe: FUSION. Globalists brought down walls protecting each distinct national culture throughout Europe by creating what they called The European Union"....no borders, shared currency, shared citizenship: BREXIT showed us recently, European nations are failing their ORIGINAL cultures. THE BRITISH PEOPLE VOTED THEMSELVES TO EXIT THE "European Union," which has destroyed them on all levels, promoting instead invasion and destruction through over-populating muslims practicing civilization jihad through their Q'uran-forced practices of enslaving women and ignoring host nation laws against muslims' civilization jihad tactics of  over-populating polygamy population practices.
3.  POLITICAL CORRECTNESS: the systematic submersion followed by slow cooking of "frogs" (or people) in progressively heated water (or propaganda) over time accompanied by systematic public persecution of individuals and groups who threaten the APPROVED SOCIAL ORDER is the third strategy used by the globalists in the past 30 years. Any individual or group that thinks, believes, acts, or desires to maintain individuality -different from the sanctioned group-think/ways of "POLITICAL CORRECTNESS" are systematically and publicly SHAMED on a progressively larger scale, until the globalists have achieved the depth and quality of fascism achieved in Nazi Germany, Stalin's Russia, Communist China, Muslim Brotherhood's Saudi Arabia (etc across 54/57 muslim countries).
